Subscription Policy

Everything you need to know about how subscriptions work at VDRA Naturals — how to sign up, how to manage your orders, and how to cancel if you need to.


What is a subscription?

A subscription means your VDRA products are delivered to you automatically on a set schedule. Your payment is processed and your order is sent without you needing to do anything — no re-ordering each month, no running out unexpectedly.

It's designed for customers who use VDRA regularly and want a consistent supply without the manual step each cycle. You save on every order, and you stay in full control.

How to sign up

Subscribing takes the same amount of time as a regular purchase. Here's how:

  1. Go to the product page for the Serum, Face Cream, or Clay Mask on vdranaturals.com.

  2. Select "Subscribe and Save" instead of "One-time purchase." Your delivery frequency is pre-set based on the product (see table above).

  3. Complete checkout as normal. Your first order ships immediately and your subscription begins from that date.

  4. Check your inbox. You'll receive a subscription confirmation email. Keep this email — it contains a link to your customer portal where you can manage everything.

You can subscribe to multiple products in separate orders. Each product runs on its own subscription cycle.

How billing works

Your payment method is charged automatically on your renewal date — the same date each cycle based on when you first subscribed. For example, if you first ordered on the 5th of the month, your next charge will fall on the 5th of the following month (or two months later for the Clay Mask).

You will receive a reminder email before each charge. This email will show your upcoming charge date, the amount, and a direct link to your customer portal so you can skip, pause, or make any changes before the payment is processed.

If a payment fails, you'll receive an email with a secure link to update your payment details. Your order will not be sent until the payment is successfully processed.

Managing your subscription

All subscription management is handled through your personal customer portal. You have full control over the following:

Skip a month

If your last order is still going strong, you can skip the next payment and delivery entirely. Nothing will be charged, nothing will be sent. Your subscription continues the following cycle as normal.

Bring it forward

Running low earlier than expected? You can reschedule your next delivery to an earlier date. Update the charge date in your portal and your order will go out sooner.

Pause

Going on holiday or simply don't need your next delivery? Pause your subscription for as long as you need. When you're ready to resume, reactivate it from your portal and your regular cycle continues.

Edit your details

Changed address? New email? You can update your shipping information, email address, and payment details directly in your portal at any time.

Accessing your customer portal

There are two ways to reach your portal:

Option 1 — Via your account

Log in to your account on vdranaturals.com. Go to your profile and select "Manage Subscriptions."

Option 2 — Via email link

Every subscription email contains a direct link to your portal. Click "Manage my subscription" in any of these emails — no login required. This link expires after 7 days, but you can request a new one at any time.

If your email link has expired, you can request a new one at vdranaturals.com/a/subscriptions/login — a fresh link will be sent to your inbox.

Cancellation policy

Our commitment

You can cancel your subscription at any time. There is no minimum term, no cancellation fee, and no lock-in period. Cancellations are processed immediately through your customer portal.

Cancellation is always as straightforward as signing up. We do not require you to call, email, or speak to anyone to cancel.

What happens when you cancel

The outcome depends on where you are in your billing cycle:

If you cancel before your next charge date:

No further payment will be taken. No further orders will be placed. Your subscription ends immediately.

If you cancel after your charge has already been processed:

The order for that billing cycle has already been created and will be fulfilled and delivered as normal. No refund is issued for the processed order. After that delivery, no further charges or orders will follow.

Can I reactivate a cancelled subscription?

Yes. If you change your mind after cancelling, you can reactivate your subscription through your customer portal at any time. Your next charge will be scheduled from the date of reactivation.

Before cancelling, consider pausing or skipping instead. If you have more product than you need right now, skipping the next delivery is a quicker option — no new subscription setup required when you're ready to receive again.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum number of orders before I can cancel?

No. You can cancel after your very first subscription order if you wish.

Can I subscribe to more than one product?

Yes. Each product runs as its own independent subscription. You can subscribe to the Serum, Face Cream, and Clay Mask separately — each on its own billing cycle.

Can I change the delivery frequency?

Delivery frequencies are set based on average product usage (monthly for the Serum and Cream, every two months for the Clay Mask). If you find the frequency doesn't work for you, you can skip individual deliveries or pause your subscription until you're ready. If you need to discuss a custom arrangement, get in touch with us.

Will I be notified before each charge?

Yes. You'll receive a reminder email before your charge date with the amount, the date, and a link to your portal so you can make any changes before payment is taken.

What payment methods are accepted for subscriptions?

Subscriptions require a payment method that supports automatic charging: Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe, or PayPal Express. Standard credit and debit cards through these gateways are all supported.

What happens if my payment fails?

You'll receive an email with a secure link to update your payment details. Your order won't be fulfilled until the payment is successfully processed. Your subscription remains active while you update your details.

Can I get a refund on a subscription order?

Subscription orders are subject to our standard returns and refund policy. If you have a concern with a delivered order, contact us and we'll work through it with you.

Does subscribing lock me into anything?

No. There is no contract, no minimum term, and no fee for cancelling. You stay subscribed because it works for you — not because you have to.
